Validate & Prepare

- Before leaving home or arrival at the station, have your e‑ticket ready — either printed or on your phone.

- At the station, check the departure board (“Voie” = platform, displayed in French and Arabic) and follow signage to security and the platform.

Boarding

- Go through station security, then proceed to the platform via escalator or stairs. Platform numbers are shown on screens or signs.

- Enter your carriage/exact seat using the QR code/barcode, usually scanned by a conductor or at an automated reader near the car door.

- For reserved seats, your coach and seat number are printed on the ticket. For unreserved (2nd class non‑reserved), choose any available seat.

Onboard

- Find your carriage and seat.

- Trains are clean, air‑conditioned, and often equipped with luggage racks, folding tables, and power outlets in first class.

- Relax and enjoy the trip! The train will make a few brief stops along the way.
